The terms used in the Regulations mean:
- Client – A doctor with a professional number, to whom special regulations grant legal capacity, who places an Order within the Store.
- Civil Code – Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws 1964 No. 16, item 93, as amended).
- Regulations – these Regulations for the provision of services by electronic means within the online store https://www.event-alfakonferencje.pl
- Online Store – 5TH INTERVENTIONAL PULMONOLOGY WORKSHOP – online service available at https://www.event-alfakonferencje.pl/, through which the customer can place Orders;
- Goods – products presented in the Online Store, i.e. participation in an event.
- Sales Agreement – a sales agreement for Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between Alfakonferencje sp. z o. o. and the Customer, concluded using the online service of the Store.
- Consumer Rights Act - Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended).
- Order – a declaration of will of the Customer, aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type of selected Goods/event.
General provisions .
- These Regulations define the rules of using the online store available at https://www.event-alfakonferencje.pl/
- The online store, operating under https://www.event-alfakonferencje.pl, is run by Alfakonferencje sp. z o. o. ul. Wiosenna 15, 60-185 Skórzewo, NIP 7773403057 Regon 524759920
- These Regulations specify in particular:
a) rules for registration and use of the account in the online store;
b) terms and conditions for making electronic reservations for products available in the online store;
c) terms and conditions for submitting Orders electronically via the online store;
d) principles of concluding Sales Agreements using the services provided within the Online Store.
Rules for using the online store .
- To purchase a Product, registration in the Store is required.
- The information provided on the Store's websites, including information about the products presented, and in particular their descriptions and prices, constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract, within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code.
- Orders are placed using the form available on the store's website.
- Each Customer who registers and/or places an order agrees to receive information related to the course of the transaction and notifications of changes to these Regulations to the e-mail address provided by him/her.
- In order to ensure the security of the transmission of messages and data in connection with the services provided on the Website, the Online Store takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of risk to the security of the services provided, in particular measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent over the Internet.
Procedure for concluding a Sales Agreement
- In order to conduct any Customer activity in the Store, the proper functioning of the Internet, use of a web browser, including on mobile devices, and having an active account on the selected e-mail address are required.
- In order to conclude a Sales Agreement via the Online Store, go to the website https://www.event-alfakonferencje.pl/, make a selection, taking subsequent technical steps based on the messages displayed to the Customer and the information available on the website.
- The store allows you to purchase products and services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- The Customer selects the Goods to be ordered by adding them to the shopping cart.
- During the Order placement process – until the “Registration” button is pressed – the Customer has the option to modify the entered data and the selection of the Goods. To do this, the Customer should follow the messages displayed to them and the information available on the website.
- To finalize the order, the Customer is asked to provide all the necessary data needed to complete the order, i.e.
a) name and surname / company name
b) address
c) professional license number
d) e-mail
e) contact telephone number
f) Tax Identification Number – in the case of a request for a VAT invoice.
- After the Customer using the Online Store has provided all the necessary data, a summary of the placed Order will be displayed. The summary of the placed Order will contain information regarding:
a) the subject of the order,
b) the unit and total price of the ordered products or services,
c) selected payment method, - In order to send an Order, it is necessary to accept the Regulations, provide personal data marked as mandatory and click the "Registration" button.
- Sending an Order by the Customer constitutes a declaration of intent to conclude a Sales Agreement with Alfakonferencje sp. z o. o., in accordance with the Regulations.
- After placing and paying for the Order, the Customer receives an e-mail entitled "Order Confirmation" containing confirmation of all elements of the Order.
- The Agreement is deemed to have been concluded upon receipt by the Customer of the e-mail message referred to above.
- The sales agreement is concluded in Polish, with content consistent with the Regulations.
Delivery.
- Prices of products in the Store are given in Polish zlotys, including tax. The final price, binding the Owner and the Customer, is the price of the product given in the offer at the time of placing the order by the Customer.
- Information about the total value of your order is provided in the Order Summary on the product sales page and in your order confirmation.
- At the Client's express request, a VAT invoice can be issued.
Prices and payment methods in the online store.
- The prices of the Goods are given in Polish zloty and include all components, including VAT. The Customer has the option to pay the price:
a) by bank transfer to the account number: 62 1050 1520 1000 0092 0221 9961
b) payment via Przelewy24,
c) payment by card: VISA, MasterCard.
Conditions for withdrawal from the contract .
- The Client, who is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22 of the Civil Code, has the right – under the provisions of law – to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance, without giving any reason, by submitting an appropriate declaration in writing or by e-mail to kontakt@alfakonferencje.pl within 14 days before the planned event and sending it to the address Alfakonferencje sp. z oo ul. Wiosenna 15, 60-185 Skórzewo, provided in these Regulations.
Complaints.
- Any complaints from Conference Participants towards the Organiser should be submitted in writing by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the address of the Organiser’s registered office.
- Complaints from Conference Participants may be submitted in writing no later than 3 days after the end of the Conference.
- After the above deadline, no complaints will be considered.
- The deadline for considering complaints is 30 business days.
Privacy policy and personal data and their protection .
- The condition for finalizing purchases in the Store is to provide all the Customer data required in the form and to check the appropriate box (checkbox) constituting the Customer's consent to the processing of his/her personal data by the Owner and the box (checkbox) concerning confirmation of familiarization and acceptance of these Regulations.
- All Customer data provided during registration in the Store will be used solely for the purpose of implementing, amending or terminating the Agreement or other marketing activities, in particular providing information about new products and services of the Store, provided that the Customer consents by checking the appropriate box (checkbox) to the sending of commercial information, using electronic means of communication within the meaning of the new Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
- All personal data of the Client will be processed by the Owner in accordance with the content of the Act referred to above.

- Only personal data provided by the Customer voluntarily are collected. Data is processed for the purpose necessary to perform the provisions of these Regulations, in particular to conclude a sales agreement for the ordered goods, to deliver to the Customer the goods for which the Customer placed an order, to issue a document confirming the sale of goods, to store personal data in an IT accounting system to ensure the history of commercial transactions made through the Store.
- Data is also processed by entities involved in the execution of payment for the order:

b) PayPal
In such cases, the amount of data transferred is limited to the required minimum. In addition, the information you provide may be made available to the relevant public authorities if required by applicable law. - The data administrator is not responsible for providing false or incomplete personal data by the Client.
- The Customer has the right to change, correct or delete his/her personal data at any time through the Store's customer service office.
- With the additional consent granted by the Customer, the collected personal data may also be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including in particular for the purpose of presenting the Customer with the store's commercial offer and other marketing information related to the Store.
- Each user has the option to subscribe to the newsletter – commercial information. Subscription to the list is done by checking the appropriate box in the form at the registration stage (only an e-mail address is needed for this purpose). You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time using the link provided in the newsletter or by informing the Store by e-mail to kontakt@alfaonferencje.pl. After cancellation, the e-mail address data will be immediately deleted from the subscription database.
- The Store uses, among other things, so-called "cookies", which contribute to greater usability, functionality and ease of use of our store. These instruments also make it easier for Customers to navigate the Store's website faster. Additionally, cookie files allow us to measure the frequency of page views and the most frequently viewed products. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the computer system. We inform you that some of these files are transferred from the Store's server to the Customer's computer system. It is possible to block cookies at any time, provided that the browser used has an appropriate function. Please remember that after blocking cookies, the ability to use some of the Store's functions will be significantly limited or disabled.
Final provisions .
- All content contained in the Store is subject to legal protection and their use will constitute a violation of the law.
- In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on specific terms and conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws 2001 No. 144 item 1204), the provisions of the Act on consumer rights of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014 item 827, as amended); and other relevant provisions of generally applicable law.
